Who do we want to work with?

Businesses that serve fraternity formals and meet a high bar:

• Formal planning companies that plan in-town or destination formals
• Hotels with group-sales teams and room blocks for student groups
• Venues that host dinners and dances and work with third-party vendors
• Charter carriers with a clean safety record and current insurance

How will referrals work?

Our free matching service for chapters isn't open yet. When it opens, a chapter describes its formal, and we share the request with up to three vetted partners that fit it. The chapter decides whether to book. Partners pay a referral fee only when a chapter books with them. The final terms will be in each partner agreement.

What do we require?

Every partner must meet our published vetting standard: any registration the business needs, insurance in writing, carriers checked with FMCSA, compliance with chapter risk policies, honest marketing and written terms. We check before matching and at least once a year after.

Partners can't pay to appear in our guides, and a partnership never changes what those guides say.
